We can only begin the rental process once the property is fully furnished and equipped with essential amenities. If your property lacks furniture or necessary items, we can assist you in setting everything up through our interior design partner services.
No. From experience we know that our services are strong enough, so that our clients tend to stay with us for several years, without a need to force a commitment period.

Payment and Pricing
Our pricing depends on the rental income generated by your property and the duration it remains vacant and ready to host guests. We apply a percentage fee to your net rental earnings (excluding any platform fees) for our management services. Additionally, a cleaning fee is charged to your guests on each booking to cover cleaning costs. All of our fees include Moms.
There are no onboarding fee. To setup your accounts for our platforms, and securing everything with our partners to go live has expenses for us, that we are willing to take on. We know from experience, that clients appreciate this, which creates a great foundation for our shared success.
You will have access to a personal login where you can see real-time booking activity. Additionally, each month we send a detailed Earnings Report and Invoice that provides a full breakdown of payouts and fees for the previous month.
The initial gross revenue will be directed to your bank account from the booking platforms. Gross revenue from bookings will therefore continuously be sent to your bank account. You will receive an invoice of our fees each month, which we expect payment for within a week.
If maintenance is needed at your property, additional charges will apply for labor and materials. BY Administraiton can also provide extra services, such as personal cleanings, mail pick-up, real estate viewings and various project coordination. These services come at an additional cost and are only provided upon request.

For properties where a lockbox may not be suitable, we partner with smart locker solutions that enables guests to collect keys from nearby locations.
We aim to respond to guests within maximum one hour from their inquiry during regular business hours. The response times may differ depending on several factors. For urgent matters outside regular hours, our on-call team provides phone support to assist promptly.
We maintain high cleaning standards through our dedicated in-house team, who undergo continuous training and strict quality checks. Our approach emphasizes thoroughness, with special attention to key areas like bathrooms (drains, faucets, mirrors), furniture, and floors. We’re skilled in caring for surfaces, including marble, granite, limestone, brass, leather, and wood, and our bed-making. BY Administration preparation techniques are inspired by high-end hospitality standards. This attention to detail ensures a consistently exceptional experience for every guest.
We provide high-quality, eco-friendly bed linen and towels bought from danish retailers. Our sheets are typically made from a 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend, offering a soft and durable finish, and come in various sizes to fit all bed types. We use Nordic Ecolabel-certified laundry services, ensuring reduced water, energy, and detergent consumption. Additionally, our linen meets Oeko-Tex, BCI, and EU Ecolabel standards.
In addition to bed linens and towels for each guest, we provide (in coordination with the property owner) essentials such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, bathroom mats, kitchen towels, cleaning rags, sponges, dishwashing soap, and toilet paper.
