The space
Enjoy a unique and comfortable stay in this beautifully designed private basement apartment located in the heart of Copenhagen. The space offers approximately 50 square metres of complete privacy and is entirely separated from the main house, with its own private entrance between the basement and the rest of the home in either direction.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious and elegant bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, creating the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The basement has charming stone floors that give the space character and a warm, authentic atmosphere.

There is a separate indoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or working comfortably during your stay. Guests also have access to a convenient kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, plates, and everything needed for simple meals and everyday convenience.

The large private bathroom offers plenty of space and includes a washing machine, making longer stays especially comfortable.

Outside, you can enjoy your own private garden area with outdoor furniture and a dedicated dining space, a peaceful spot for morning coffee, lunch, or relaxing in the evening.

You are free to use the basement privately during your stay, and your part of the garden which is the dining area. The main backyard is reserved for me and my family.
