Income verification, references and background checks where lawful. Everyone is screened before they come to a viewing.
A lease under Danish rental law
Agreements and processes that comply with the Danish Rent Act and protect both you and your tenant.
Deposit and rent
We collect the deposit and rent, follow up on payments and handle late payments under the rent act.
Move-in and move-out inspections
Inspections with written and photo documentation. They protect your claim on the deposit and reduce disputes.
Regular reporting
Reports on finances and maintenance, monthly or quarterly, so you are always informed.
What does it cost?
You pay 8.5% of the monthly rent including VAT, which over a year equals 8.5% of 12 months’ rent. All administration is included, and there are no hidden fees.
Maintenance is billed separately, and the work is documented, so you can see what was done.

What does it cost to get my apartment rented out?

Do I need to include photos?
No. If you have photos, you can send up to 20. If you have none right now, just send them later. If you would like professional photos, our partner Modo Partners takes them.
