Stairwell cleaning
We clean stairwells for owners’ associations and co-operative housing associations in Copenhagen, with a task list set for each building.
The number of stairwells, high-wear surfaces, back stairs, basement corridors, the lift and the letterbox area are reviewed with the board, and the frequency is set by how the building is actually used. Two associations on the same street can easily end up with different plans.
Suits associations with many flats and heavy foot traffic. The stairwell is cleaned on a fixed weekday, so stairs, landings, banisters and door phones look the same all year. The board knows exactly when we are coming.
Suits smaller stairwells and buildings with light traffic. The same task list at longer intervals. We adjust the interval to the season if the stairwell takes more wear in winter.
