Withdraw from contract

This is where you withdraw from a contract you made with us online. If you have subscribed to BY Direkte, you can withdraw within 14 days, as a rule from the day you subscribed. You do not have to give a reason, and you get the full amount back.

You get a receipt by email straight away with what you sent and the time. If you are within the deadline, BY Direkte stops at once, and we refund all your payments to the card you paid with. Another contract we handle and write to you about.

For BY Direkte the deadline is as a rule 14 days from the day you subscribed, and it only starts on the day you received our receipt with the instructions by email (section 19 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act). You can also withdraw by writing to udlejning@byadministration.dk.
