How renting from us works
Find the home
Filter by district, price, size, rooms and furnishing. Every listing shows the monthly cost and what it costs to move in.
Book an open house
When an open house is planned, you pick the day and time on the listing. Your place is final once we have confirmed it.
Lease and move-in
The lease, move-in and inspection are handled by us. There is one place to ask, and the answer comes from someone who has been in the flat.
What does it cost to move in?
When you move in you usually pay a deposit, prepaid rent and the first month’s rent. Under Danish rental law, the deposit and the prepaid rent can each be at most three months’ rent.
Every listing shows these amounts separately and added up, so you know the full move-in cost before booking a viewing. Utilities on account for heating, water and electricity are listed separately because they are settled afterwards.

Every listing states whether the home is furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished, and you can filter on it above. If a lease is fixed-term, the end date is shown in the details on the listing.
Homes to rent in the districts
The district on each listing is looked up from the postcode rather than chosen by hand. A home in 1653 is therefore listed under Vesterbro, even though it is close to Indre By.
