How to find the right rent
A good rent finds a tenant quickly, and it holds up if anyone looks at it.
The rent must stay within the limits Danish rent law sets for your specific home. Which rules apply depends on, among other things, when the building was first used and how the home has been rented out before. That is why we look at the home before we put a price on it.
