Working with us
What kind of homes do you manage?
Owner-occupied flats, houses and co-op apartments (andelsboliger), for private owners and investors. Typical cases are owners moving abroad or going on exchange, investors optimising their return, and owners who want to rent out while their home is for sale.
Do you work with investors and portfolios?
Yes. We work with private landlords and investors with several units, and the service scales with the size of the portfolio, with the same processes and reporting.
Do you own homes yourselves?
Yes. BY Apartments ApS, which like us is part of BY GROUP DK ApS, buys and rents out homes itself. We manage them ourselves, just like yours.
Who carries out repairs and maintenance?
Small repairs and larger refurbishments can be handled by BY Entreprise ApS, our sister company in BY GROUP DK ApS. So we have our own people when something needs fixing in your home.
Prices
What does it cost?
17% of rental income for short-term rental and 8.5% of the rent for long-term rental. Cleaning, linen, supplies and maintenance are billed separately at cost or agreed rates. No hidden fees.
What is included in long-term rental?
Tenant selection and screening, a lease under Danish rental law, deposit, rent collection, move-in and move-out inspections and coordination of tradespeople, for 8.5% of the monthly rent including VAT. We earn when you earn.
Can I follow the finances?
Yes. Every month you get a statement of income, costs and net result, so you can always see what your home has earned.

What is Airbnb management?
A full service for owners who want income from short-term rental without running it themselves. We create and optimise the listing, price it dynamically, handle guest communication and coordinate check-in, cleaning and linen. You keep ownership and control of your home.
How quickly will my home be live?
Once you have accepted the agreement, your listing is typically live on several platforms within 48 hours.
