Articles, guides and tools on the site are general information about renting out homes, the rules and the housing market. They are not legal or tax advice for your specific situation. Rules change, and although we take care to keep the content up to date, some of it may be out of date. Use the sources we link to, and talk to us or an adviser before you make decisions.
The rental estimate
An estimate from the rental income calculator or the rent calculator is our assessment based on the information you give us. It is free and without obligation, and it is not an offer or a guarantee of any particular rent or income.
Our prices are on the pricing page, and the final terms are in the agreement we make with you.
Free documents
The leases on the free lease agreement page are the official standard form A, 10th edition, from the Danish Ministry of Social Affairs and Housing. The reports and the rental plan on rental tools are templates you are free to use and adapt. You are responsible for how you fill them in and use them in your tenancy.
Reviews and ratings
Google reviews are shown as they appear on Google, without editing. The Google and Trustpilot figures are our own record from when we last updated them and may differ from the current figures. The Airbnb and Booking.com figures are the average of guests’ published reviews of the homes we rent out, as they appear in our booking system.
Links to other sites
We link to authorities, legislation and other sources. We have no control over the content of other sites and are not responsible for it.
