Why we started BY Administration
We started BY Administration because we had seen for ourselves how fragmented, opaque and inefficient property management often is. Instead of handing the responsibility to others, we chose to run the whole process ourselves, from administration and operations to financial control and optimisation.
Today we apply the same disciplined approach to every home we manage: clear structures, transparent reporting and decisions based on long-term value rather than quick fixes. Our role is simple: to look after your home, get the most out of it and take the hassle out of running it.

We handle the whole process, from the first viewing to a signed lease and move-in. That covers both short-term rental and ordinary rental with a lease to tenants who stay for longer.

Who is behind BY Administration?
BY Administration ApS, CVR 45652491, which is part of BY GROUP DK ApS. The group also includes BY Apartments ApS, which buys and rents out homes, and BY Entreprise ApS, which carries out repairs and refurbishment. In other words, we are landlords ourselves, and we have our own tradespeople.
Does BY Administration own homes itself?
Yes, through the group. BY Apartments ApS, which like us is part of BY GROUP DK ApS, buys and rents out homes itself. We manage them ourselves, just like yours. So we know the landlord’s side of the table from our own daily work.
Who carries out repairs and maintenance?
Small repairs and larger refurbishments can be handled by BY Entreprise ApS, our sister company in BY GROUP DK ApS. BY Entreprise ApS is a secondary name of BY DEVELOPMENT ApS. So we have our own people when something needs fixing in your home.
Where is BY Administration based?
Our head office is at Brorsonsgade 4, kl., 1624 København V. From there we rent out and manage homes across Copenhagen, from Indre By, Christianshavn and Vesterbro to Østerbro, Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, Valby, Nordhavn and Amager.
