Whether we can take over the management of your particular apartment depends on that holiday centre’s own articles of association. We look into it for your home before we promise anything.
Renting out the weeks you, as a timeshare owner, do not use yourself.
The right itself to rent out or exchange your week follows from that resort’s or association’s own articles and any exchange system, not from Danish law. We look into the specific arrangement for your resort before we promise anything.
It depends on that holiday centre’s own articles of association. Neither the Summer Houses Act nor the Planning Act regulates whether an owner must use the centre’s own agency, so it is not a general rule you can look up.
We look into the articles for your particular home before we promise anything about taking over the management.

A holiday apartment is an ordinary owner-occupied home in a holiday centre. A timeshare only gives you the right to use accommodation for set weeks of the year, not full ownership.
