We know the homes because we run them
BY Administration handles the day-to-day running of the flats you see here. Advertising, viewings, the lease, move-in, inspections and ongoing maintenance sit in one place, which helps both owner and tenant: there is one place to ask, and the answer comes from someone who has been in the flat.
That is also why BY Direkte can be so fast. The homes do not come from a portal where they have sat for two days. They come from our own administration, and we know the moment a flat becomes available.

What does BY Direkte cost?
BY Direkte costs DKK 49 a month including VAT, paid by card through Stripe. Your receipt comes from Stripe straight away, and that is where you cancel whenever you like. The list without BY Direkte is free and sends you a morning summary of the homes that match your criteria.
Does BY Direkte give me priority?
No. BY Direkte is speed, not priority. Everyone on the list gets the same homes, and sign-up for viewings opens at the same time for all. With BY Direkte you simply hear about the home the moment it becomes available, so you have time to read the listing before sign-up opens.
How do you match homes to what I am looking for?
You enter the postcodes you are searching in, the most the home may cost in total per month, the minimum number of rooms, the number of residents and when you can move in. We match on the total monthly cost, rent plus utilities on account, so a home does not break your budget on the bills. With no postcodes, you hear about all homes.
How do I leave the list?
There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email from the list. If you have BY Direkte, you cancel the subscription where you got your receipt from Stripe. To change your criteria, reply to the welcome email or write to udlejning@byadministration.dk.
