How much does Airbnb management cost?
We charge 17% of rental income. The fee covers the day-to-day running: your listing on the booking platforms, pricing, guest service, key handover and coordination of cleaning. Cleaning, linen, supplies and maintenance are billed separately at cost or at agreed rates, and there are no hidden fees.

About long-term rentalWhy do you charge a percentage of the rent?
Because it aligns our interests with yours. With a fixed percentage fee, we earn the most when your home is rented out well. The fee appears on your monthly statement alongside income, costs and the net result, so you can see exactly what you are paying.
What is billed on top of the fee?
Cleaning, linen, supplies and maintenance are billed separately, at cost or at rates agreed with you in advance. With long-term rental it is usually only maintenance. Everything is shown on your monthly statement, and there are no hidden fees.
Does short-term rental earn more than long-term rental?
Often, but not always. Short-term rental can bring in more gross income, especially in central areas, but the real result depends on location, season, standard and furnishing. Your own permanent home can also only be rented out to holidaymakers for up to 70 days a year. That is why we work out both options before you choose.
