How do I get started renting out my home?
Fill in the onboarding form, or tell us about your home in the rental income calculator. You can also book a short meeting. You get an estimate of what your home can earn, then a detailed assessment and a proposed agreement you can read at your own pace.

Your contact details, the address of the home, the property type and size, the number of rooms and how many guests can sleep there. You can also attach photos and add anything else we should know. Have several homes? Contact us and we will add them manually.
How quickly can my home be ready to rent out?
Once you have accepted the agreement, your listing is typically live on several platforms within 48 hours. We take care of photography and cleaning so the home is ready for the first guests, and many owners get their first bookings a few working days later.
When do I receive my rental income?
Every month we transfer your rental income to the bank account you have chosen. At the same time you get a statement of income, costs and net result, so you can always see what your home has earned.
Can I get started with long-term rental here?
Yes. The form is made for Airbnb and short-term rental, but if you choose long-term rental in the rental income calculator, we will work out the figures for one fixed tenant instead. You can also book a meeting to talk about which model suits your home.
About long-term rentalWhat does it cost?
Airbnb management costs 17% of rental income, and long-term rental costs 8.5% of the monthly rent including VAT. Cleaning, linen, supplies and maintenance are billed separately at cost or at agreed rates, and there are no hidden fees.
