What services does BY Administration offer?
We offer long-term rental, Airbnb management, management of owners’ associations, home cleaning, commercial and stairwell cleaning, property photography and advice on rental property. Repairs and refurbishment are handled by our sister company, BY Entreprise ApS. We work across all of Copenhagen.
Can I book cleaning without renting out my home?
Yes. Home cleaning is a service in its own right, with regular cleaning, deep cleaning and cleaning when you move in or out. The price depends on the size of your home, the type of cleaning and how often we come, and you get a clear price upfront.
About cleaningDo you manage owners’ associations?
Yes. We handle the budget, collection, maintenance planning, suppliers and general meetings, while the board stays in charge. If you switch from another manager, we review your agreements and help with the handover, and there are normally no extra fees from us to get started.
About property managementWho takes the photos for my listing?
Our selected partner, Modo Partners, who are experienced in photos for rentals. We coordinate the whole process, from choosing the day and the weather to editing and delivery, and you own the photos afterwards. We recommend a thorough clean before the photographer arrives.

Yes. We advise individuals and investors who want to buy and run rental homes, short or long term, from purchase to daily operations. We combine market insight, operational experience and administration, and our advice is based on experience with our own capital here in Copenhagen.
About advisoryWhat do your services cost?
Long-term rental costs 8.5% of the monthly rent including VAT, and Airbnb management costs 17% of rental income. Cleaning, photography and management of owners’ associations are priced by the job. All our prices are listed on our pricing page.
