What do we talk about in the introductory meeting?
We go through your home and your needs, talk about whether long-term or short-term rental suits you best, and estimate what the home can earn. You can also ask about the fee and what it includes.
What happens after the meeting?
You get a detailed assessment of your home’s potential and a proposed agreement that you can read at your own pace. Once you have accepted the agreement, your listing is typically live on several platforms within 48 hours.
Can I get an estimate without a meeting?
Yes. Tell us about your home in the rental income calculator and we will send you a personal estimate within 24 hours. It is free and without obligation, and you can always book a meeting afterwards if you want to talk it through.

Long-term rental costs 8.5% of the monthly rent including VAT, and Airbnb management costs 17% of rental income. Cleaning, linen, supplies and maintenance are billed separately at cost or at agreed rates, and there are no hidden fees.
