Move-out cleaning
When you move, the old home needs to be handed over clean and the new one needs to be ready for you. We clean the whole home from top to bottom, so the handover is easy for you and the next residents. That goes for flats, houses and larger homes.
If you rent, cleaning matters at the move-out inspection. A lack of cleaning is not ordinary wear and tear, and the landlord can ask for it to be put right. Our guide to move-out inspections explains the rules (in Danish).
If you are a landlord, you can also book cleaning between two tenants with us. If you rent out through our long-term rental service, it is billed separately at cost or at agreed rates.
