Welcome to my unique Copenhagen Flat. It is in the neighbourhood of 'Sydhavn', a more laid-back, family friendly area out by the canals. Here, lots of bars are popping up, green areas and the fresh breeze. If you like the city, but also want more peace and nature during your visit, this is the place for you.

The apartment is very well connected to the Metro. You'll be in the city centre in 15 minutes.

This well-designed apartment is located in the charming, historic area of Sydhavnen and offers a smart layout focused on functionality and practical solutions. It’s ideal for those seeking a central location without compromising on space and comfort.

As you enter, you’re welcomed by a spacious hallway that connects all rooms in the apartment. The kitchen is bright and modern, featuring clean, white finishes that create a timeless and inviting atmosphere.

The bathroom, makes excellent use of the space, ensuring it feels open and not cramped. The bedroom is large and filled with natural light, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Bed size is 140x200 cm in the bedroom.

Further, there is a modern sleeping couch in the living room, that suits 2 persons (120x200) cm when folded out. Accompanied with the sleeping couch is a comfortable top matress.

In total, the apartment can comfortably host up to 4 people! :)

Sjælør Boulevard is located in the heart of Sydhavnen, one of Copenhagen’s most charming and up-and-coming districts. As you walk through the neighborhood, you'll find small cafés, bakeries, and local shops alongside hidden green spots and canals that give Sydhavn its distinct character.

Sydhavn is a place where locals gather – from families enjoying the nearby parks to creative communities and students living in the newly developed areas. The courtyard garden at the property is a true highlight, offering a rare slice of nature in the middle of the city. It’s a perfect base for exploring Copenhagen while enjoying a tranquil and authentic neighborhood experience.

The area is also well-connected to the rest of the city. In just 7 minutes on foot, you can reach Mozarts Plads Metro Station on the newly opened M4 line, offering a direct and fast link to Copenhagen Central Station.

Getting to Sjælør Boulevard 45 is easy and convenient:

From Copenhagen Central Station (Hovedbanegården): Take the M4 metro line towards København Syd St., get off at Mozarts Plads, and walk approximately 7 minutes to the apartment. The total journey takes around 15-20 minutes.

From Nørreport Station: Take the S-train line toward Køge, and get off at Sjælør st. From There, it’s a short 6-minute walk. Total journey: around 15 minutes.

From Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup): Take the M2 metro line towards Vanløse, transfer at Kongens Nytorv to the M4 metro line towards Sydhavn st-, and get off at Mozarts Plads. The total journey takes about 30-35 minutes, depending on connections.

Once you arrive, everything you need is within easy reach – including the peaceful green courtyard waiting just outside your door!

From the property, the nearest metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, taking you directly to the city center in 15 minutes. The S-train station is only 2 minutes away, connecting you to Copenhagen Central Station or Nørreport in 10 minutes. Free street parking is available from 10 PM to 9 AM, and for up to 3 hours between 9 AM and 10 PM.
