Why a private space in Østerbro
In the evening, 90% of the on-street spaces are taken in the 15 zones the city has counted in Østerbro, and 7 of the zones are at 90% or more at 10 pm (March 2025 to March 2026).
According to the city, Nordhavn only has private parking. In 2023 a private space in Nordhavn cost DKK 15,576 a year according to the report the city sent to the City Council in May 2026 (kk.dk).
With a private space, you no longer have to search the streets when you come home in the evening.
